- Sends you notifications via SMS and email
- Records calls for quality assurance and your records
- Provides a dashboard to manage calls and settings
2. Account Registration
To use Pin Us X, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
Pricing
Our service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary

6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or repairs
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Third-party service provider outages
7. Intellectual Property
Pin Us X and its licensors own all rights to the service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business purposes during your subscription.
